REFUND POLICY

Cancellations received in writing a month before will receive 50% refund.

Cancellations received 2 months before will get 100% refund.

Cancellations received less than one month will get no refund.

There will be 100% refund of participation fee if visa is refused.

All refunds will be processed within 30 days days of receipt of written cancellation notice.
